Site Activity
Phase I – Early Site Work
Phase 1 began on August 5, 2009, and took approximately 11 weeks to complete. The site work entailed the following activities:

Property line cleared and perimeter fence installed

Interior site cleared and grubbed; erosion control installed

Sewer line for off-site connection drilled; receiving pit for utility lines constructed; water line relocated; and existing foundation debris from previous residences disposed

Sanitary sewer line for off-site connection drilled

Site graded and hydro seeded
Phase 1 work was completed in November 2009.
Phase II – Construction
Phase 2 is scheduled to take approximately 22 months. Lydig Construction, Inc. was awarded the construction contract
in the amount of $53,998,902.27 (including Washington State sales tax). The Notice of Award was issued November 30, 2009.
The following activities are anticipated to take place within the next few months:
